Hanukah is a special holiday, especially for children who anxiously await the lighting of each of the candles of the “Hanukaiyah” the 8-arm candle holder, and enjoy receiving presents during the pleasant Israeli winter.
Thanks to your help and support to “City Of Life” together with our entire team we have successfully organized a wonderful celebration party for the children of our city, who are among the most emotionally and psychologically affected by living in the “Bomb Shelter Capital of the World” .

With different games, clown shows and activities specially designed to entertain children (and their parents) we have filled their hearts with joy and put a smile on their faces.
The atmosphere is tense in our city because of the constant sirens sounding announcing bombings from Gaza, the fires produced by missiles or terrorist incendiary balloons that added to the inconveniences brought by the COVID pandemic increase the anguish and pain in the little ones, so it is in these parties that children can really feel free and play surrounded by a feeling of happiness and peace that come from the Spirit of God.

To end this wonderful day, as we always do, in addition to the traditional Jewish “Sufganiot” donuts we shared with families, we have distributed gifts to children, which will allow them to take the joy to their homes to continue remembering the wonderful time spent in our celebration.
We in “City Of Life” know how important is that these children and their families feel welcomed in our center knowing so that in the moment they need us we will always be here for them.
If it is your desire to reach out to those in need with the love of the father and touch their lives with the love of God, you can join us in our task of bringing comfort and hope in the midst of chaos.
We invite you to be part of our ministry so that together we can bring hope to our border town of Sderot.
Our work would not be possible without the help of partners like you, that is why we ask you to consider in prayer the possibility of a monthly commitment that will allow us to continue with the Lord’s work here in Israel.

Sincerely yours
