In the face of unimaginable challenges, the children of Sderot have shown incredible resilience, navigating the traumas of war and displacement. The haunting echoes of constant sirens and the devastating Hamas attack on October 7, which claimed 1400 lives, have left an indelible mark on their young hearts.
At City of Life Ministries, we recognize the profound impact of these experiences on the emotional well-being of these children. The ongoing threat and the forced evacuation from their homes have created an environment where the weight of trauma is a heavy burden they carry daily.
In an effort to bring some much-needed joy and hope into their lives, we organized a special Hanukkah celebration. The event aimed to provide a momentary escape for these traumatized children, allowing them to forget, if only for a short while, the challenges they face.
Thanks to your unwavering support, we were able to offer this great event full of music, games, and distribute toys and gifts, witnessing the pure delight in the children’s eyes as they reveled in the festivities. Your contributions have not only brought joy but have also sown seeds of hope and resilience in the hearts of these young ones.
Thank you for standing with us and being a beacon of light for those who need it most.

Our commitment to the children affected by the recent crisis goes beyond just a momentary response – it’s a lasting dedication to their well-being. The special Hanukkah celebration and the gifts we shared were not isolated events but reflections of our enduring pledge to these communities.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our collaborators and donors who play a pivotal role in making these initiatives possible. Your support becomes the catalyst for hope, thriving even in the midst of adversity.
Thank you for being part of this movement of solidarity and compassion. Together, we’re making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
You can be part of and impact the lives of more people who need help in our city and together show them the way, the truth and the life.
We invite you to be part of our ministry so that together we can bring hope to our border town of Sderot.
Our work would not be possible without the help of partners like you, so we ask you to consider in prayer the possibility of a monthly commitment that will allow us to continue with the Lord’s work here in Israel.

Sincerely yours
