At “City of Life Ministries” we are committed to one of our most important projects, in which we carry out repairs and renovations in the homes of the neediest citizens of our city Sderot.

Our team of professional masons was taking care of the home of Shmuel, an elderly widower from our city, who lives in an old apartment from the council’s housing program.

Shmuel still remembers with sadness his harsh childhood in Ukraine and the years of Holocaust and war where, like most of the jews, he lost his house and family.

In our city Sderot, Shmuel spends his last days alone since his wife and faithful life partner passed away some years ago, and since then his children who live in distant cities no longer come to visit as much as they used to do it.

His house was in poor condition and required urgent repairs that unfortunately Shmuel was not able to afford due to the high costs, so our ministry “City Of Life” with much love and care started to support Shmuel with the repairs needed, and thus raise his quality of life in the last years of this lovely holocaust survivor.

At the end of the arrangements, Shmuel was very happy and optimistic and with a smile thanked us for caring about him.

Like Shmuel, there are many others in need in our city who depend on our help, if you have the desire to bless these people, join us and make a difference together.

We invite you to be part of our ministry so that together we can bring hope to our border town of Sderot.

Our work would not be possible without the help of partners like you, that is why we ask you to consider in prayer the possibility of a monthly commitment that will allow us to continue with the Lord’s work here in Israel.

Sincerely yours
