Passover is one of the most important holidays for the Jewish people and also for the Christians where we remember with joy that the Lord freed us from slavery in Egypt and led us to this land, the promised land.

 

We celebrate Passover as a family with lots of food, we read the story from the Bible and sing traditional songs.

 

This year, we approach the celebration of Passover with an added sensitivity and depth, considering the challenging context in which we find ourselves. Amidst the intense war with Hamas and the ongoing recovery of families following the October 7th attack, the commemoration of Passover takes on a special and urgent significance.

Our City Of Life team is getting ready to have our special Passover distribution and reach the most needy in our city Sderot by distributing food baskets, supermarket coupons and other amazing gifts.

We will also distribute a set with the main symbols of the celebration of Pesach, "matza" unleavened bread and wine, bringing happiness to more than 500 families in our city Sderot.
